WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Thanks to GoWild for making a birthday celebration for a friend extra special. The food (dinner and breakfast) was truly amazing...I would hike many many miles just for the food alone! This is a great option for people who are looking for an extra special outdoor adventure. Did I mention the food was amazing?

Tried & True Trips in the Wallowa & Elkhorn Mountains

The Meadows

9-40 miles and up to 4 lakes over the course of 1-5 nights, this trek allows you the freedom to go at your own pace, stop and smell the flowers, and wonder at mother nature. Return to a base camp every evening complete with a supplied wall tent for incredible camp meals.

We suggest a 4 night stay, your camera, and a bourbon Manhattan.

Wild Wallowa Circuit

Not for the faint of foot, this loop hike covers a lot of distance, a lot of elevation, and rewards you with breathtaking scenery of unique lakes and wild rivers. Don't expect to see many other hikers. Expect to be wowed and go skinny dipping. 40 plus miles over 3-6 days.

We suggest a 5 night stay, good hiking boots, and a deck of cards.

From River to Lodge

This is an awesome point to point hike that takes you along a gorgeous river, past four gorgeous lakes, and ends with your head on a pillow at one of Eastern Oregon's premier mountain lodges. Stay each night at a supplied camp, enjoying gourmet camp grub and starry skies.

We suggest a 3-4 night stay, a fly rod, and your swim suit.

The Elkhorn Crest

The Elkhorn Crest Trail is a bucket list hike for many, a trail runners dream, and a unique point to point that traces the spine of the Blue Mountains from near Baker City to Anthony Lakes. Lots of exposure means epic views. This one's a must.
We suggest a 3 night trip, bringing your kids, and going on a weekday.
